Our house coffee comes from the Tunki Cooperative in the Cusco region of Peru, grown high in the Andes at around 1,600–2,000m. It’s a fully washed coffee made up of Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra and Typica varietals, giving a clean, polished cup with good clarity. Tunki is one of Peru’s most celebrated coffees, known for its quality and past success in international coffee competitions.
